If you're doing any home renovating at all, you've got to get the Fein MultiMaster. It's six tools in one. You can remove flooring and tiles easily, cut into skirting boards and gyprock in about 10 seconds flat, sanding, cutting, rasping.... you name it. It's a very solid tool and the beauty of it is that it oscillates, it doesn't vibrate, so there's minimal dust and mess. You also get a three year warranty on it, no matter how much you use it. Plus it's made in Germany, not China where so many of the tools are coming from these days.
